Ghost Shirt is a four-piece band from Columbus, Ohio that plays crunchy, chamber-pop. The group is fronted by songwriter and guitarist Branden Barnett and singer and violinist Samantha Kim, while drummer David Murphy and bassist Ryan Haye round out the rhythm section. The band has been around for just a few years, but in that short amount of time they have churned out an impressive amount of music while earning a reputation for ferocious live performances. They released their debut full-length, Domestique, on Anyway in 2010. That same year, they also wrote and recorded 52 singles, which were released digitally via Donewaiting.com. A selection of those tracks is available via Bandcamp as Singles 2010, Volume 1. Their second album, Daniel, followed in 2011.
